News Site That Sends Readers Away With Links Has Highest Engagement

Drudge Report has got to be among the ugliest, least accessible news sites on the internet, but apparently, it’s also the one that keeps visitors the longest. The service of curation is better rewarded than original content. I certainly know that for my own part, the sites I use the most are sites that point me elsewhere: link blogs, tumblelogs, Google Reader and just plain old Google Search, reddit. You probably do too. (You’re reading this on a tumblelog, right?)
